Practice as a lawyer
I was called to the bar in 2007 and practice law with Jenkins Marzban Logan LLP in downtown Vancouver. My practice is focused on commercial litigation, particularly construction law, insurance matters, creditors remedies, and shareholder disputes, but portions of my practice are devoted to representing personal injury claimants, and to administrative law matters.
Prior to attending law school I studied civil engineering, became registered as a professional engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa in 2002, and obtained four years of civil engineering work experience, focusing on structural design.
